Mindful Capital Club Presentation

Presentation and Background Information

Those who are mindful are beginning to realize that only an entirely new operating system can prevent the collapse of civilization. However, to date, no one has presented such a system. This presentation outlines a system that has the potential to serve as a viable replacement for the current paradigm.

The Inn Club -- Equity-Based Infrastructure

Some examples of infrastructure:

Cohousing 

--Typically, each unit in cohousing has its own kitchen.  In The Inn Club, living quarters would be designed with the potential for a small kitchen, but members would eat in boutique restaurants scattered throughout any property.

The Villas of Miraval 

--You can get a sense of the commitment to wellness that would be emphasized at The Inn Club.  However, those who provide the various services would also be residents.

The Villas of Miraval Floorplans 

--The top plan can easily be divided into 3 separate private living areas with a boutique restaurant in the middle.

APEX Belltown Co-op

The shared kitchen format at APEX makes it somewhat comparable to The Inn Club concept.
